I have come to learn from my father that you have offered to assume the responsibility of giving detailed instructions for formulating the basis of our Company’s future financial statements, rendered as a reliable guide with clarity and precision, qualities that I failed to find in previous financial statements. I hasten, dear Sir, to thank you warmly and to tell you that I accept your offer with great pleasure, and that consequently I formally charge you to make all arrangements you find opportune with our Accounting department so that you can see to the drafting of the Financial Statement and establish what criteria may best be of assistance to me in every branch of our Administration. I await your response with renewed declarations of my deepest respect and consideration.
