Ecco le disposizioni definitive per domani:
= Chi si presenta al lavoro, sarà tenuto realmente per presente, anche qualora per circostanze straordinarie il lavoro non si facesse effettivamente.
= Nel caso di assembramenti esterni per impedire il lavoro, lasciar liberi gli operai di agire come credono: si terrà conto delle ore fatte ai presenti = quelli che rimarranno avranno ogni modo giornata intiera.
= I mancanti a presentarsi domani saranno sospesi fino a Lunedì prossimo.
= I mancanti domani, che non si presentassero Lunedì mattina, si riterranno come licenziati.
- Schivare qualsiasi discussione cogli esterni.

To the Direction of the Workshops
These are the definitive orders for tomorrow:
-Whoever comes to work will be considered present, even if extraordinary circumstances should make it such that work is not effectively done.
-In the event there are gatherings outside the premises intended to prevent work, the workers are free to behave as they choose: those who come to work will have their hours counted, and those who remain will in any case be credited with an entire day.
-Those who fail to come to work tomorrow will be suspended until next Monday.
- Those who are missing tomorrow and who do not return on Monday morning will be considered dismissed.
