C’est tout à fait contraire à mes habitudes et à mes convinction, d’accumuler pleusieures affaires du même genre! Malheureusement je n’ai pas encore trouvé le moyen de bien confier

Dear Monsieur,
I have just received your esteemed letter of the 10th of this month from Vienna.
While I thank you very much for what you have so kindly offered, I am sorry to inform you that I cannot accept your proposals at this time.
It is entirely contrary to my habits and convictions to accumulate a quantity of the same type of business! Unfortunately I have not yet found a way to adequately assign Marie Antoinette!... and I do not want to accept other proposals before having completely finished everything that needs to be done regarding this poem.
Again my thanks, and please accept my most sincere greetings.

La ringrazio tantissimo delle sue offerte così gentili, che ho il dispiacere, per il momento, di non poter accettare.
E’ del tutto contrario alle mie abitudini e alle mie convinzioni, accumulare più affari dello stesso tipo! Sfortunatamente non ho ancora trovato il modo di affidare adeguatamente Marie Antoinette!... e non voglio accettare altre proposte prima di aver completamente finito quanto riguarda il poema citato.
Ancora grazie e voglia accettare i miei saluti più devoti.
