Solo jeri ho potuto radunare il Consiglio di Amministrazione: senza far nome, esposi il progetto: mi si osservo [sic], che nè approvandolo, nè disapprovandolo, si desiderava avere i dati positivi di massima.
Ella, Signor Pigna, può avere piena fiducia in me, poichè apprezzo tutta la delicatezza della situazione: perciò può liberamente fornirmi i dati principali come segue:
1°= A quanto ammonti la somma di debiti, cui bisogna provvedere.
2°= Spese attuali d’esercizio:
Cioè = Affitto e sua durata.

1. The total sum of your outstanding debts, which need to be settled.
2. Current operating expenses:
That is, your rent and the length of the lease;
