Ti accompagno ad ogni buon conto la lettera indirizzatami il 19 Giugno u.s.  da Gachard Direttore di quella Società, lo stampato che dovrà essere spedito al notajo debitamente riempito e la brutta copia della lettera a lui diretta da te. Con tali documenti appena avrai risposta dal tuo collega di Parigi potrai mettere a posto questa faccenda.

   Have you received the response from Me. Flamand Duval, notary of the Société des Auteurs Compositeurs et Editeurs de Musique? In any case, I enclose the letter to me dated this past 19 June from Gachard, Director of that Association, the printed form that must be filled out and sent to the notary, and a rough draft of the letter for you to send to him. With these documents, once you have heard from your colleague in Paris, you can put this issue to rest.
