just a line to say that following up my short letter (Jan. 23) acknowledging receipt of yours of the 11th Jan., I have been delayed in completing the manuscript for the Vocalizzi as Dent & Sons asked me to write them an article on “Voice” for their “Everyman’s Encyclopaedia”. I have sent that in & so can get down to work.
Shall be writing again shortly. Meantime all good wishes to you & your wife.
