A seguito della stimata s/. 12 corr/: ebbi una intervista cogli Eg.i Avv.i
Ora io devo insistere, e vivamente insistere, Eg.o Amico, perché Ella senza ritardo, si compiaccia darmi il conto definitivo delle spese tutte del 1° Atto Sociale, completamente liquidato, senza di che non posso aver base pel bilancio che ho già principiato: e lo stesso dicasi delle spese tutte del 2° Atto Sociale testé concluso. Epperò la prego a disporre di conformità al più presto possibile, giacché non posso più oltre rimanere con tali partite sospese, che mi impediscono di intestare tutte le partite personali. La ragioneria strepita con me, e protesta di non poter dare il bilancio nel tempo stabilito. Veda dunque, Eg.o D.re. quanto Ella è colpevole!... e cerchi di purgarsi di tanta colpa, col regolare subito queste due partite.

Following your welcome correspondence from the 12th of this month I met with Eg. Avv.ti
Now I must insist, and insist strongly, Dear Friend, that you do me the favor of giving me without delay the definitive tally of all expenses for the 1st Articles of Incorporation, completely paid, without which I lack the basis for the financial statement I have already begun to prepare: and the same is valid for the total expenses for the 2nd Articles of Incorporation which have just been completed. I consequently beg you to provide what is required as soon as possible, since I cannot leave these figures suspended any longer, given that they prevent me from registering all personal invoices. The accounting department complains to me, protesting that the financial statement cannot be done by the established deadline. Therefore you can see, Eg. Dott., just how guilty you are!... and try to purge yourself of so much guilt by immediately submitting these two invoices.
Meanwhile may I renew my cordial greetings and deep appreciation.
