Non ho risposto alla ultima di Lei lettera, aspettando di farlo alla presentazione del bilancio: conglobando così e la risposta suddetta, e le osservazioni sul bilancio che per avventura, avrei avuto a fare. Le accuso intanto ricevuta del bilancio N°1, della Società; riserbandomi di esaminarlo, e di fare poi quanto sopra le ho accennato, mi pregio riverirla distint.

I have not answered your last letter because I was waiting for the financial statement to be submitted, so that I could combine my response with any observations on the financial statement that I might have, as the case may be. For now I acknowledge receipt of the Company’s financial statement No. 1, allowing myself sufficient time to examine it and to then do as mentioned above. I am pleased to extend my highest regards,
