Prevengo d’essere assai malcontento del modo col quale è regolato l’affare dei conti fornitori. Ad onta di replicate richieste codesta Direzione non ha ancora trasmesso parecchie fatture all’Amministrazione Centrale, tanto che si è giunto a questo, che la Cassa pagò …… senza nemmeno aver visione delle fatture, e ciò per evitare le tristi figure in faccia ai fornitori stessi!!
Vi è dunque una anormalità nella verifica, registrazione e trasmissione delle fatture che invito la Direzione a far immediatamente cessare. Entro domani tutte le partite devono essere regolate e le relative fatture trasmesse alla Centrale.
Per ogni fattura in ritardo segnerò una multa di Lire Venti

I must warn this Office of the Direction that I am extremely unhappy with the way in which the accounts with our suppliers are managed. Despite repeated requests, many invoices have not yet been sent on to the Central Administration, letting things get to the point that the Cashier paid them….. without even having seen them, in order to avoid the miserable impression we would have otherwise made with these same suppliers!!
Therefore this irregularity in the verification, registration, and transmission of the invoices must cease immediately. By tomorrow all of the accounts must be brought up to date and the relative invoices sent to the Central office.
For every late invoice, I will levy a fine of Twenty Lire.
