Riferendomi al breve colloquio che ebbi il piacere di tenere con Lei l’altro jeri relativamente al progetto che riguarderebbe le Officine, credo che per ora sia intempestivo un esame per parte di terzi dei registri e bilanci. Infatti il progetto stesso è al suo inizio ed ha bisogno di essere ancora studiato e discusso fra noi per vedere se e come convenga e solo allora converrà l’esame proposto onde vedere il miglior modo di concretare il progetto ideato.
Io sono ora molto occupato anche per liquidare – in forma amichevole – se possibile – i risultati della importantissima

With reference to our pleasant discussion the other day regarding the project for the Workshops, I think that at the moment it would be inopportune to have a third party audit our records and financial statements. In fact the project itself it in its earliest stages and needs to be more deeply examined and discussed among ourselves to see whether and how it is beneficial, and only then should the proposed examination take place, so as to determine the best possible way to make this project become a reality.
Right now, I’m also extremely busy with the liquidation – amicable, if possible – following the highly important sentence of the Appellate Court against the Società dei Grammofoni, after which I’ll assemble the Board of Oversight to deal with the matters discussed above.
