To Signori Tito e G. Ricordi

I write to thank you for your letter accepting the terms proposed (40 Francs) for each piece, of my Pianoforte compositions for Publication in Italy. I will of course not send my works - in future - to any other publisher in Italy - without informing you.

Last Autumn I sent 12 soli - by request of Signor Vera - to Signor Giudici - of Turin - and as I have not received any reply; I have written by this Post to him, to say that I consider the Negotiation at an end, and that I am at liberty to dispose of those compositions to you for Italy.

I will also forward some few New Publications - for your Selection.

I remain very much yours

Brinley Richards
