The letter from Signor Colombo is fully justified by his position as Office Supervisor and contains nothing of an offensive nature – therefore you have no reason to consider it something that needs to be brought to the attention of the General Manager.
Consequently I am returning it to you, convinced that the best thing to do is to ensure that everyone is motivated by diligence and goodwill in fulfilling his responsibilities to the Company – in which case everything will proceed in the best possible manner.
