Carlo Bossetti, kindly tell him that I await his answer to my registered letter of the 9th of this month, not without letting him know that, in addition to this serious failing as a Manager, he also demonstrates a lack of courtesy toward someone whose age and position should guarantee that he be treated with unqualified deference and respect.
